Mercer Village

Located across from Mercer University and easily accessible from I-75, Mercer Village is the College Hill Corridor's retail and restaurant destination. The area was transformed from vacant buildings to a thriving business district thanks to Mercer University and pioneering business owners. The Village has a wide range of locally owned businesses, serving up everything from delicious coffee drinks and flavorful meals to best-selling books and salon services.

Mercer Village is also home to the The Lofts at Mercer Village, a multi-million dollar mixed-use development with two phases. Phase I contains retail business on the first floor and three floors of loft-style student apartments above. Phase II of the Lofts is filled with student housing on the top floors, with the ground floor dedicated to the Center for Collaborative Journalism.
