A new mixed-use residential and retail development is planned for the property behind the Macon Post Office on College Street by Sierra Development, the Macon-based commercial development firm behind the Lofts at Mercer Village (Phase I, II & III) and the Lofts at Cherry Street. This newest development, the Lofts at College Hill, will include 145 one and two-bedroom student apartments and 13,000-square-feet of retail space and is located along Hardeman and Georgia Avenues.
